With 303 well-located properties in Canada, CT REIT’s portfolio has a fair market value of approximately $5.0 billion. The portfolio includes 295 retail properties in every province and two territories, a one third leasehold interest in the Canada Square mixed-use complex at the corner of Yonge and Eglinton in Toronto, three development properties, and four distribution centres for a total of approximately 24.7 million square feet of gross leasable area.
CT REIT’s properties are located in highly desirable retail locations, are conveniently located near high traffic arteries, are highly visible from the street and easy to access and have ample parking. The properties are geographically diverse with more than two-thirds of CT REIT’s rent coming from properties located in large urban markets.
