Kevin Salsberg is the President and Chief Executive Officer of CT REIT and has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining CT REIT, Mr. Salsberg was the Executive Vice-President and Chief Investment Officer of Plaza Retail REIT from 2013 to 2016. Mr. Salsberg also worked for KEYreit, holding positions of increasing scope and responsibility, ultimately becoming its Chief Operating Officer, and was also a Leasing Representative for RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust. Mr. Salsberg holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Ottawa.

Lesley Gibson is the Chief Financial Officer of CT REIT and has over 20 years of real estate and finance experience. Prior to her appointment as Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Gibson held a variety of increasingly senior positions at Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust, where she was most recently Chief Accounting Officer, and at Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust, where she was promoted to Executive Vice-President, Finance. Ms. Gibson was also Vice-President, Corporate Reporting at Oxford Properties Group. Ms. Gibson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University and is a CPA, CA and has completed the Directors Education Program at the Institute of Corporate Directors at the University of Toronto.

Kimberley Graham is Senior Vice-President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of CT REIT. With 30 years of legal experience, Ms. Graham specializes in commercial real estate, securities and corporate governance. Ms. Graham previously served as Assistant General Counsel, Canadian Tire Corporation (CTC) and Chief Counsel, CT REIT. Prior to joining CTC, Ms. Graham held increasingly senior roles within financial services, including General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary of Equitable Bank. She also practiced commercial real estate law at two national law firms. Ms. Graham was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1990, holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University and completed the Directors Education Program at the Institute of Corporate Directors at the University of Toronto.

Jodi Shpigel is the Senior Vice President, Real Estate of CT REIT and has over 20 years of real estate experience.  Prior to her appointment, Ms. Shpigel worked for First Capital REIT, holding positions of increasing scope and responsibility, ultimately becoming Senior Vice President, Development.  Previously, Ms. Shpigel was the Manager, Real Estate at Sobeys.  Ms. Shpigel holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from Brock University and a Master of Science in Planning degree from the University of Toronto.

Bruce Detlor is Vice-President, Finance of CT REIT and has over 35 years of accounting and finance experience.  Prior to his appointment as Vice-President, Mr. Detlor held a variety of progressive senior positions with leading Canadian companies, including Corporate Controller and Finance Director at Tim Hortons Inc, Senior Director, Real Estate Finance at Loblaw Companies Limited and Associate Vice-President, Real Estate Finance at Canadian Tire Corporation. Mr. Detlor is a CPA, CA and holds a Bachelor of Administration with Honours from Brock University.

Clint Elenko is Vice-President, Western Canada of CT REIT and has over 20 years of experience in the retail and commercial real estate industry. Mr. Elenko joined Canadian Tire Corporation (CTC) in 2008 and prior to his current appointment, he was Vice-President, Commercial Real Estate Development for Canadian Tire Real Estate Limited. Prior to joining CTC, Mr. Elenko held the position of Director of Leasing at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust. Mr. Elenko is based in Calgary, Alberta.

David Goldstein is Vice-President, Eastern Canada of CT REIT and has over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining CT REIT in 2019, Mr. Goldstein held progressively senior roles at Trinity Development Group and First Capital REIT within their respective leasing groups. Mr. Goldstein holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Dalhousie University and is based in Toronto, Ontario.

Victor Iaccino is Vice President, Operations at CT REIT where he oversees the property management and operations teams. Victor has over 15 years experience in the commercial real estate industry.  Prior to joining CT REIT in 2016, he held a number of roles at Canadian Tire Real Estate Ltd within their development and operation groups.  Mr. Iaccino holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geographic Analysis from the University of Ryerson and an RPA designation from BOMI Canada.

Glenn Wotton is Vice-President, Construction of CT REIT and has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Mr. Wotton joined Canadian Tire Corporation in 2006 and prior to joining CT REIT in 2017, he held progressively senior roles at Canadian Tire Real Estate Ltd. within their construction and real estate groups. Mr. Wotton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Manitoba and is a Professional Engineer registered in the Province of Alberta.

Kanistan Emmanuvel is the Associate Vice President, Asset Management and Investments of CT REIT and has over 10  years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining CT REIT in 2019, Mr. Emmanuvel held positions of increasing scope and responsibility at BentallGreekOak and SmartCentres REIT. Mr. Emmanuvel holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Toronto.

Jessica Farber is the Associate Vice President, Legal-Real Estate of CT REIT. Ms. Farber previously held the role of Director, Legal at Choice Properties REIT. She also practiced commercial real estate law at two national law firms. Ms. Farber was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2015 and holds a JD degree from Western University and an Honours in Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University.

Kathleen Freeman is Associate Vice-President, Development of CT REIT and has over 24 years of experience in the real estate industry. Ms. Freeman joined Canadian Tire Corporation in 1998 and prior to joining CT REIT in 2020, she held progressively senior roles at Canadian Tire Real Estate Limited within their real estate group.  Ms. Freeman holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Geography from Brock University.

Raeya Jackiw is the Associate Vice President, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) of CT REIT. Prior to joining CT REIT in 2023, Ms. Jackiw practiced environmental law at a boutique environmental law firm. Her practice focused on regulatory compliance and managing environmental liability in real estate transactions. Ms. Jackiw was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2018 and holds a JD degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, a MES degree from the University of Guelph, and an Honours Bachelor of Environmental Sciences degree from Queen’s University. Ms. Jackiw has completed the Osgoode Certificate in ESG, Climate Risk and the Law.

Anita Kim is Associate Vice-President, Legal and Assistant Corporate Secretary of CT REIT. Prior to joining CT REIT in 2017, Ms. Kim practiced corporate and securities law at a national law firm. Her practice focused on corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisition transactions and advising on corporate governance and securities law compliance matters. Ms. Kim was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2013 and holds a JD degree from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University.
